All the jewelry on the site can be made in solid gold on request.

Gold: Solid gold jewelry is made of 18 carat gold. Yellow gold / Rose gold / White gold on request.

Silver: Silver jewelry is made from recycled 925 solid silver.

Vermeil: Vermeil jewelry is solid silver jewelry covered with a 5 micron layer of 18 carat gold (thick and high-quality layer).

Embodiem jewelry is a unique, handmade piece that requires special care to extend its lifespan.

Incarnem does not guarantee that the gold plating of its pieces will be eternal, as it naturally wears off with time and friction. Durability will always depend on how the jewelry is maintained.

To keep your jewelry living its best life, avoid:

• All liquids including water, salt water, chlorine, shampoo and conditioner, perfume, soap, makeup, fake tan, hairspray, cleaning products, lotions, oils and oxidizing agents.
• Swimming, showering and washing your hands - always remove your jewelry first.
• Jewelry should be removed before any type of exercise. Sweat can accelerate tarnishing.
• Keep them separately in a cloth bag or in their original box. This prevents scratches and bumps.

Cleaning: Polish gently with a soft cloth. Do not use cleaning agents as they may damage the plating.

If you already know your finger size, you will only need to select it when purchasing.

If you don't know your size:

• If you have a ring that fits the desired finger, measure it with the free “ring sizer” app.

Keep in mind that the size of your fingers varies throughout the day, hands swell during the day, especially in the heat. So take your measurement in the morning.
Sizes between the left and right hands can vary, as one hand is usually larger than the other. It is important to know that the ring you choose will be perfect on the finger on which you measured your size, but it may not be perfect on another finger.

As each piece is individually manufactured on request, the production time can vary between 20 and 30 working days.

Production time does not include shipping time.

The shipping price does not include any customs fees or duties that may be incurred when shipping to countries outside the European Union. These additional costs are the responsibility of the customer.
