Coveted Mix ships domestically and internationally.
Most items are processed and shipped within one week. Shipping time may vary due to the availability of merchandise, in which case, the customer will be contacted directly. Shipments are pending product availability and credit verification.
You will receive an email notification with tracking information when your package has shipped. Be sure to check your spam folder and contact us if you have not received an email.
Coveted Mix is not responsible for customs fees, duties, taxes or tariffs. We are not responsible for damage, lost or stolen packages, unpaid fees or shipping delays.
All orders are sent without signature requirement unless coordinated otherwise.
Once placed, orders cannot be canceled. Please make sure your address and shipping information is correct when placing your order.
Coveted Mix reserves the right to cancel any order for any reason.
Please contact us within 5 days of receipt of your purchase with any issues or inquiries regarding your order.
U.S. Domestic Shipping
Orders are typically processed within 24-48 hours, excluding weekends and major holidays. Estimated delivery timelines apply once your order has shipped. All orders include tracking, provided via email upon shipment. Once your order has shipped and tracking has been provided, responsibility transfers to the carrier. Coveted Mix is not responsible for delays, loss or theft during transit. All pieces are carefully packaged to ensure safe delivery.

International Shipping
We are pleased to offer international shipping to select destinations.
Duties and import fees may apply and are the responsibility of the customer upon delivery. Delivery timelines may vary depending on customs processing and local carrier conditions.
All orders include tracking, which is provided via email once your order has been processed and prepared for shipment. While we do our best to ensure a smooth delivery experience, occasional customs delays may occur.

International Shipping Rates (from the U.S.)
- Canada - $30 (estimated delivery 5-9 business days)
- International/World Shipping - $50 (estimated delivery 7-12 business days, depending on destination)
Please note: Orders shipped from our international partners may have different shipping times and rates. Please check their listed Shipping policies as some offer complimentary shipping.
International Customs & Duties
All international taxes, customs and import duties will be billed to the recipient by the courier when the parcel reaches its destination country. These charges must be paid by the recipient.
We do not take responsibility for these costs and do not offer compensation to cover any of these charges.
If a recipient refuses to pay the taxes, customs or import duties, the parcel will be abandoned and will not be eligible for store credit or refund.
Returned Packages
Coveted Mix ships all packages without signature required unless specifically noted. If the item cannot be delivered and is returned to Coveted Mix, the customer will be responsible to pay to have the item re-shipped.
Lost / Damaged Packages
Coveted Mix ships all packages without signature required unless specifically noted.
Please let us know if you prefer a signature for delivery.
Once shipped, all orders are fully tracked. Coveted Mix is not responsible for delays due to customs or for lost, stolen or missing packages once confirmed delivery.
Buyer will be responsible for filing any subsequent shipping claims with the shipping carrier and/or insurance company.

Vintage Return & Refund Policy
Return Policy:
Given the unique nature of vintage, all sales are final. Please note that most of the highly edited pieces we showcase are gently worn unless stated otherwise. We do not offer returns, refunds or exchanges currently. Please make sure prior to purchasing that you read the product description thoroughly, review images and double-check measurements and condition.
Due to the nature of vintage pieces, there will likely be imperfections. Know that by buying vintage, you are wearing a piece of history with a past life. We embrace these imperfections & are proud to keep clothing out of the landfills and
in circulation.
Feel free to reach out to us if you need additional info prior to purchasing. If there is a problem with your order, please contact us via email within 5 days of receiving the product.
Refund Policy:
We do not offer refunds for fit issues, variances in monitor colors, minor signs of wear, or buyer's remorse. Please message us with any questions or concerns before purchasing.
We make every effort to disclose any noticeable flaws or issues in our condition report so you can make an informed purchase. If you would like additional photographs, measurements, history, or information about an item please message us!
Please keep in mind that you are buying a vintage item that has had a previous life and is bound to show some signs of wear.
Designer Return & Refund Policy
We work with independent businesses and therefore designer returns are determined by the policy of each and accepted on individual case bases.
If you’re unsatisfied with your purchase and wish to return or exchange your order you must email hello@covetedmix.com within 24 hours of receipt of the item you wish to return. Once the return is approved, you must ship back the item with tracking. Returns must be received with the shipping carrier within 7 days of return authorization.
Buyer is responsible for return shipping policies and any associated charges. All pieces must be returned in the condition they were received.
If your item is lost or damaged in the mail, your best recourse is to reach out to the carrier. Unfortunately, in these situations, we are unable to offer a refund.
