Shipping policy
Coveted Mix ships domestically and internationally.
Most items are processed and shipped within one week. Shipping time may vary due to the availability of merchandise, in which case, the customer will be contacted directly. Shipments are pending product availability and credit verification.
You will receive an email notification with tracking information when your package has shipped. Be sure to check your spam folder and contact us if you have not received an email.
Coveted Mix is not responsible for customs fees, duties, taxes or tariffs. We are not responsible for damage, lost or stolen packages, unpaid fees or shipping delays.
All orders are sent without signature requirement unless coordinated otherwise.
Once placed, orders cannot be canceled. Please make sure your address and shipping information is correct when placing your order.
Coveted Mix reserves the right to cancel any order for any reason.
Please contact us within 5 days of receipt of your purchase with any issues or inquiries regarding your order.
U.S. Domestic Shipping
Orders are typically processed within 24-48 hours, excluding weekends and major holidays.
Unless otherwise indicated, orders are expected to be delivered within 3-7 business days, depending on the shipping preference, for orders shipping from U.S. to a destination within the U.S.
Each order is issued tracking information which is provided via email once the package is processed and prepared for shipping.
Once an item has shipped and you have been provided with tracking, Coveted Mix is not responsible if the item is lost in transit or stolen.

International Shipping
To our international customers, please note that we are not responsible for local duties and fees, customs fees, slow shipping times and lost or stolen packages.
Duties and import fees are additional and paid on delivery by the customer.
Delivery times may vary depending on customs processing and other factors.
Each order is issued tracking information which is provided via email once the package is processed and prepared for shipping. Occasionally, customs delays do occur.
The amount and types of duties, as well as other customs information, can be obtained by contacting your local post office.

International Customs & Duties
All international taxes, customs and import duties will be billed to the recipient by the courier when the parcel reaches its destination country. These charges must be paid by the recipient.
We do not take responsibility for these costs and do not offer compensation to cover any of these charges.
If a recipient refuses to pay the taxes, customs or import duties, the parcel will be abandoned and will not be eligible for store credit or refund.
Returned Packages
Coveted Mix ships all packages without signature required unless specifically noted. If the item cannot be delivered and is returned to Coveted Mix, the customer will be responsible to pay to have the item re-shipped.
Lost / Damaged Packages
Coveted Mix ships all packages without signature required unless specifically noted.
Please let us know if you prefer a signature for delivery.
Coveted Mix is not responsible for any damaged/missing packages. Buyer will be responsible for filing any subsequent shipping claims with the shipping carrier and/or insurance company.
