Rare and collectible 30s black velvet bias cut dress with gorgeous cream lace and velvet balloon sleeves in a pretty zigzag cut out detail. Has elasticated cuffs and fastens on the side with snap buttons and has a slight fishtail design to the skirt. The back has gorgeous covered buttons and the skirt has a butterfly appliqué that mirrors the sleeves. A total dream! Very good condition.
